RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) Request Form

Any CatClamp® can be returned within 30 days of the invoice date. All items returned MUST include the security bit, are subject to a 15% restocking fee and shipping is non-refundable. All returns/replacements require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). To request an RMA, fill out and submit the form below. Allow 2 business days for RMA approval. All returns MUST include the security bit. After an RMA is issued, you have 30 days to return the product. The customer is responsible for cost and arrangement of return shipping. Refunds will be granted when the product arrives at our mailing address with a valid RMA#. Returns must be in unused and in the original packaging. All incoming returns will be inspected, and refunds will be decided at the sole discretion of management. JAM-CJ Innovative Products reserves the right to limit or refuse to accept the return of merchandise at any time for any reason. Purchaser assumes the risk of installing this aftermarket component to their vehicle. JAM-CJ Innovative Products LLC cannot be held liable for any damages of any kind incurred to the purchaser, the purchaser’s vehicle, or any consequential damages arising from the purchase installation, use, or misuse of the CatClamp®. The CatClamp® is not intended for off-road use.
