CatClamp Return Policy

At CatClamp, your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Return Procedure:

  1. All returns and replacements require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). You can request an RMA by filling out our Return Form.
  2. Once your RMA request is approved, you have 30 days to return the product.
  3. The customer is responsible for the cost and arrangement of return shipping.

Return Conditions:

  1. Any CatClamp product must need to be returned within 30 days of the invoice date.
  2. All returned items must include the security bit and must be unused and in the original packaging.
  3. All returned items are subject to a 15% restocking fee, and shipping is non-refundable.
  4. All returns will be inspected upon arrival, and refunds will be issued at the sole discretion of management.

Refund Policy:

  1. Refunds are credited back to the original payment method within one business day after processing the return.


  1. During holiday seasons or special events, an additional seven business days will be granted for returns.
  2. If you have purchased a CatClamp product from another place, please contact them for return inquiries.

Defective or Incorrect Items:

Please contact our customer service team at or call us at (419) 478-1313 if you've received a defective or incorrect item. We'll provide specific instructions based on your situation.


Please note that CatClamp reserves the right to limit or refuse merchandise return anytime for any reason.

By purchasing, installing, and/or using the CatClamp, you are assuming the risk of any damages to your vehicle. CatClamp cannot be held liable for any damages or consequential damages arising from the installation, use, or misuse of the CatClamp. The CatClamp is not intended for off-road use.
